Vacation Care Booking

Confirmation of booking request: Registration of your interest does not automatically guarantee an excursion date. Completing this online form does not automatically guarantee an excursion date. Dates are held and your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from the Education Team.

Optional extras: Numbers are calculated based on the number of students entered in this booking request. Final numbers must be confirmed at least one working day before excursion. Changes made 10 or fewer working days prior to excursion are not guaranteed.

Chaperones: Chaperones are counted as all adult accompanying persons. Staff, support staff, parents/guardians, carers etc.

Free of charge chaperone policy: Chaperones in excess of the free ratio will be charged at the standard retail adult entry rate.

Kindy – 1:3 (1 chaperone for every 3 kindy students)

Prep to Year 2 – 1:5

Year 3+ – 1:10

Special needs – 1:1 (upon presentation of carer card or letter from the principal)

Cancellation and postponement: Bookings cancelled or postponed 10 or more working days prior to the excursion date will not be charged. Bookings cancelled or postponed less than 10 working days leading up to the excursion will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made due to severe wet weather conditions will not be charged if the cancellation is made before the booked arrival time. Failure to attend an excursion without notice will be charged at the full cost of the excursion. All prices are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be made in one payment to receive rates listed on this form.
