Our Sanctuary Volunteers help create a friendly, informative, and memorable experience for guests from around the world. Whether you’re welcoming visitors, sharing knowledge about our animals, or simply offering a helping hand, your support directly contributes to our mission: To protect, respect and conserve our environment and wildlife, by educating and connecting people with nature.

Who We’re Looking For

If you love wildlife, enjoy talking with people, and want to spend time in a beautiful outdoor setting, this role could be for you. We ask that our volunteers:

Are 18 years or older
Have regular access to email
Be able to work well independently and with others
Are friendly, reliable, and proactive
Communicate clearly and confidently in English (both written and verbal)
Are comfortable working in outdoor conditions (heat, humidity, rain)
Be able to safely navigate various terrain, including hills and uneven ground
Already hold, or are willing to obtain, a Volunteer Blue Card (V)
