Tour Time: 10:00 am – 11:00 am & 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm
Days of Operation: Monday to Sunday

- Entry to the sanctuary is not included and must be booked separately.
- Price includes all encounters and experiences listed above.
- A 10% surcharge applies on Queensland public holidays. Please note, tours are not available on ANZAC Day or Christmas Day due to reduced hours.
- This experience is designed for participants aged 8 years and over. Private tours for groups including children under 8, or groups larger than 6, can be arranged upon request by emailing [email protected].
- Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult participant and supervised at all times.
- Bookings are essential and subject to availability.
- A minimum booking notice of 1 hour applies.
