    Dino Discovery

    Wednesday 1 July · 11:30am – 12:15pm

    In Dino Discovery, Sanctuary Sprouts will stomp, roar and explore the amazing links between dinosaurs and the animals we see today. From scaly reptiles to feathered friends, we'll discover which sanctuary animals share special dinosaur traits and how these ancient connections still exist in the wild. This is a prehistoric adventure millions of years in the making!

    Curious adventurers will solve clues on the search for furry, feathered or scaly friends on this Sanctuary Safari. Along the way, we'll explore how to spot signs of wildlife and discover what makes each creature special. With interactive challenges and activities alongside up-close animal encounters, this is an outdoor adventure young explorers won't want to miss!

    Wonderful World of Koalas

    Friday 10 July · 11:30am – 12:15pm

    Do you know how koalas choose their favourite food, or why they sleep so much? In the Wonderful World of Koalas, Sanctuary Sprouts will explore life in the gum trees through stories, craft and hands-on activities. Along the way, we'll discover why koalas need healthy forests to survive and how we can help protect their homes before meeting one of Lone Pine's resident koalas up-close!

    Please note: Due to space limitations and to ensure proper supervision we ask that Sprouts are accompanied by one parent/adult per child and siblings under 3 years are not recommended. Annual Pass Membership cannot be redeemed against any of the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary School Holiday – Kids Program.

    Step into the exciting world of wildlife care at Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. Designed for teens aged 13–17 passionate about animals, this hands-on experience lets you work alongside our expert keepers and learn about wildlife conservation.
